Were you invited by someone in your household? Open their invitation link on the phone whose number they gave for you. The link opens the app once it is installed.

What happens next

  1. Verify your phone number. Your household is tied to one verified number. If your number already has a household, the app will tell you so rather than create a second one.
  2. Tell the app who is in the household. Names and dates of birth for the people the guidance is for, and each child's pronouns. Nothing is filled in for you.
  3. Invite the other adults. From your Household card, send an invitation to a partner or co-parent. It works once, expires in 72 hours, and gives them their own login on the same plan.
  4. Record your voice, with your consent. Read a few short passages. Only the person whose voice it is can consent to its use, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  5. Choose a plan in the app. Family for a household with children, Couples for the two of you. Billed through the App Store or Google Play. Referred by your child's facility? Your first month of Family is free.

For schools and care settings

Project Legacy Facility, the staff app, is installed by staff with logins we issue for the site. There is no sign-up in that app. Write to support@legacyclinical.app and we will set your site up with a 60-day pilot.
