A parent generates a short-lived pass for their child in Project Legacy. Staff redeem it in Project Legacy Facility, the staff app, and get a calm two-step plan for a hard moment.
What a pass carries
The child's first name, the caregivers the family has on file, and the parent's own morning note. Nothing else: no surname, no date of birth, no history.

Guidance is personalized from the names and dates of birth you enter, through our quantitative analysis. We never fill in a value you did not give us.

Read a few short passages. Only the person whose voice it is can consent to its use, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time, taking effect at once.
