How the app works

Welcome to Project Legacy. This is the walkthrough for the Couples plan, from the seat of one of the two adults in the household. Project Legacy is software. From the names and dates of birth you give it, it runs a quantitative analysis of the two of you and writes a hypothesis about how you meet, where you differ, and how each of you settles. Everything the app offers traces back to that analysis. Nothing in it is a verdict on either of you, and nothing in it is a promise. Let's walk through it.

The first screen asks who the space is for. Choose spouses or partners, or romantic partners. Then it asks for your mobile number and texts you a code. One household belongs to one number, so a number that already has a household is asked to sign in instead. Enter your own name and date of birth, then your partner's. The middle name matters to the analysis; if there is none, say so with the switch. Your partner does not share your login. You invite them later from the Household card, they verify their own number, and they choose their own username and password.

You land on your home. It reads top to bottom in one order: this month's letter, the shelf where you find the words, the words that worked, the couple's room, your voice, sessions together, and your household and account. Every card plays out loud with one tap, and while something is playing the same button reads Stop. Anything that plays goes quiet the moment you sign out.

This month's letter is a draft written for your partner from the analysis, in your register. Tap Read it. Under Your words, edit anything you like; the letter is yours before it is theirs. If you wander too far, Reset to the original wording brings the draft back. When it says what you mean, give it in person. The app never sends it for you. A new letter arrives each month, and a reminder on the first tells you it is there.

Find the words is the shelf. Pick the trigger that fits the moment, and the app gives you words the software wrote for the two of you in advance, before you asked. Hear them in your own voice once your voice is calibrated, or in a clear system voice until then. After any words, one tap tells the app whether they landed; that record is what makes the writing better over time. Words that worked keeps the lines you found useful, one tap to save and one to remove.

The couple's room holds three cards. Daily Dyadic Alignment is today's read of the two of you, from the analysis and the date, nothing else. The De-Escalation Room asks what just happened. Tap the moment you are standing in, and the words are ready before you ask: what to say, and when to stop. If a moment is not on your shelf yet, the room says so honestly rather than improvising. Couples is a grid of situations written for your household; share the one that fits, or ask for it written again.

The Voice Calibration Studio lets you record a short sample so that the words on your shelf and your letters can be spoken in your own voice. It records only after you read and check the consent, in your own words on the screen. When you save the recording, the app tells you it is preparing your words and, if this phone allows notifications, sends you one when they are ready. Until then everything plays in the system voice. You have a day to record again if the first take was not you. The sample is processed on Project Legacy's own voice engine and never leaves it, and you can ask for it and its model to be deleted at any time.

Sessions together are video sessions with a Resonance System Educator, forty-five minutes, booked from the app on the practice's schedule. The educator reads your hypothesis exactly as the software wrote it, records what resonated, and points you to your own tools. The educator does not counsel, does not interpret, and gives no advice. Join live session opens fifteen minutes before the start. Sessions are part of the Family plan.

The Household card lists the adults in your household. As the owner you invite your partner from it; the app opens your phone's share sheet with a link that works only on the phone whose number you gave. If your household predates the phone step, the card asks you to verify your number once. Add a recovery email so you can reset a password. The Couples plan and the Family plan are bought through the app store on your phone and shared by every adult in the household; Manage subscription is on your home. Sign out and Delete my account are there too; deleting removes your household's data from Project Legacy. A parent lands on Your Safe Space. If there is more than one child, their names sit in a row at the top; tap one to make them the focus. Below that, in order: the Virtual Stand-In Parent Hub, the 3-Tap Intervention, video sessions, and then your household, your recovery email, your current plan with Manage subscription, Sign out and Delete my account. Every plan and routine plays out loud with one tap, and while something is playing the same button reads Stop. Anything that plays goes quiet the moment you sign out.

The app gives you a short plan written for that moment in advance, with a cue for your own posture first, then what to say. Play it in your own voice once your voice is calibrated, or in a clear system voice until then, or read it aloud yourself. Words that worked keeps the lines you found useful, one tap to save.

The Virtual Stand-In Parent Hub is the library of routines spoken to your child: homework, the kitchen, winding down for bed, and the rest. Pick a routine and it plays for your child in your voice, written for your child from the analysis, not read from a stock script. Co-Parenting Mesh and Handoff Sync is where two homes keep the same footing when a child moves between them.

When your child spends the day at a school or a care setting, the facility pass gives the staff a six character code in two groups, good for four hours unless you set a different window. It carries your child's first name, the caregivers on file, and your morning note, and nothing else: no surname, no date of birth, no history. Staff redeem it in the facility app with a login their administrator issued, see your note, and can ask for a calm two-step plan for a hard moment. The pass expires on its own.
